1. The gift voucher can be sent to the purchaser upon receipt of the order – please add details to the notes field if required or state if it is to be picked up. 
2. The voucher will expire 12 months from the issue date.
3. Before the commencement of our dental hygiene treatment, a complimentary consultation will occur.
4. This voucher cannot be exchanged for any products.
